It sounds like planning, but it’s really fear — and fear keeps us from making the first move on our health, our creative work, or that business idea whispering to be born. It’s time to graduate from “What If” to “What’s Next.” Start small. Break your ideas into bite-size steps. Don’t worry about the whole mountain — just take the hill in front of you. That might mean walking for five minutes, writing one page, or posting one video. Let momentum meet you in motion. Begin showing up in your life as the person who follows through.
