Why Cheeseburgers & Pellegrino and not Salad?

Cheeseburgers & Pellegrino exists to show that balance isn’t about clean eating or perfect routines; it’s about conscious living, self-respect, and humor through the human process of healing and evolving.

Cheeseburger and Pellegrino?

It’s permission. Permission to feel satisfied without shame. Permission to honor cravings as part of the human experience. Permission to celebrate balance in a way that makes sense to me. And here’s the thing: I’ve learned that life isn’t about a perfect meal plan or a sterile routine. It’s about noticing what nourishes more than just your body — what nourishes your spirit, your humor, your sense of self.

I write here to chronicle the mess, the holy, the energy shifts, the fatigue, the little triumphs. To show that balance isn’t clean eating or strict rules — it’s conscious living. It’s understanding that feminine power evolves with every choice, every surrender, every moment of self-respect.

So, yes. Cheeseburger and Pellegrino is my dinner today. So, pull up a chair and have your cheeseburger, pizza, slice of apple pie, Snickers bar, or chocolate cake. Because the journey of becoming — in body, mind, and spirit — deserves honesty, flavor, and a little satisfaction (cue the Rolling Stones record). Don’t worry — we’ll be back on track tomorrow; we’re just saving the salad for later.

Today’s reminder: balance isn’t clean eating — it’s conscious living.
